Got headers installed, terrible idle now.

I just had a shop install my headers and now the car feels like it wants to stall. The idle sounds like it has a misfire in it...then proceeds to dip below 500 rpms. It also sounds like there could be a leak, it's a slight hissing noise coming from somewhere. Could a leak cause what sounds like a misfire from the exhaust? What could the installer could have done inside the engine bay to cause this if a leak isn't the problem?

Oh...these are Hooker LTs and custom ORY and stock exhaust....it sounds great!!!

First I would check the EGR tube going into the intake for leaks.

Check your plug wires.
If the system was set up for egr check for air leaks at the intake manifold were the upper tube goes in. If the light is flashing that is a miss fire code.
