Default NGK TR55ix

I have a TEA 5.3/FMS cam H&C combination on my C5 now. NGK TR55s are currently in the car. Are TR55ix's worth the $? Any pros or cons?

Allan is coming into town to tune. I'm going to swap plugs soon before the tune just to see what the old ones look like and make sure clean plugs are in.

I say don't bother. I noticed next to no difference in overall performance and they still foul out as easily as the regular ones will.Mine are coming out tomorrow and being replaced with the plain old TR55s.
