PRNDL setting "HP tune"

PRNDL setting "HP tune" I have a project car with a 4L80E trans. I'm using a Lokar aftermarket automatic floor shifter & the black plastic power pack /wires that go to the side of the trans. have been removed. My ? is in "HP Tuners" do I need the "PRNL" setting to be "true" or "false". Thanks for your help.
