ok good info, thanks.

so if i told Frost to lower the fan turn-on speeds by 10 degrees each (high/low), that would enough to help a little but not to hurt performance...?

Yup, and the car wont burn off the moisture in the oil like its desinged to. Our cars running to cold for to long (under 190f-200f) messes with the viscosity of the oil and dosent lubricate as well also.

I will be doing that yes but not exactly sure on the #s I will be lowering to yet. My goal will be to keep the water temp in the 190f-210f range but at the same time i dont wanna burn up the fan motors.
The performance gain is very little with a cooler running engine (190f and below) compaired to your engine life IMO. You need to stay 190f above and oil temp 200f and above.
