What coupler for my build?? Help please!

Default What coupler for my build?? Help please!
So I just installed my fast 92, no problems there but I am having a hard time finding a coupler to go from my PTM 92mm tb to the fast 92. What size coupler are you guys running for the fast 92/92 combo's? I tried a fernco 4x3 but the bend in the coupling was too straight (not enough curve or angle) and didn't fit worth a crap. Part #'s or websites would be awesome and appreciated. Thanks!
