Coolant crossover tube
Coolant crossover tube Is it acceptable to tap the water pump and put a 90° fitting there, and connect to the crossover tube, even if the radiator neck is the highest point in the cooling system?
Trying to keep my engine bay as clean as possible. Can I tap the back side of that part of the radiator and keep it totally hidden? Or would the coolant from the radiator throw the whole thing out the window?

I dont think it really matters about the highest point, I have mine ran into a lower hose i have on my 93 truck with a ls swap turbo setup, As for the top of water pump i dont really see why you couldnt???
Xtreme 4x4 did an episode on the LS motor and sounded how to tap into the top of the water pump
