Magnaflow Catback Question

Magnaflow Catback Question Anyone know the difference between the LS1 and the LT1 catback kits from Magnaflow? Besides $80 in the Jegs catalog? The JEGS pictures look identical. No more info in the Magnaflow web site either.
I love my 4" Magnaflow race muffler, but with LT's and no cats, it is a tad loud (at nearly 50 I'm allowed to say that).
I was looking at SLP D/D setups but can't find one as cheap as I can find the Magnaflow. And the Magnaflow does not sound too loud in the clips that I have heard (comments, especially compared to the D/D).
Thinking of a simple catback with a electric y-dump for flexibility.
