Rmi-25 is a cleaner/inhibitor. This goes way back.....the 90's maybe.

Back in the days, before ls1's......turbo buicks were pretty popular, and pretty fast. Since they were pretty much the first computer hacked turbo car, a lot of the owners were not typical gear heads. Anyways, the science oriented people got together with the gear heads and testing began. All kinds of testing.

One was what coolant works best.....they even measured cylinder head temp to confirm the likely hood of the onset of detonation (the killer in FI cars)

Anyways, after awhile, distilled water and rmi 25 was pretty much everyones favorite. A dex cool car or something thats been run a while will take several fills and flushes, but the rmi 25 gets ALL the crap out. Like enough that you can just scoop it out at the cap ussually. After awhile youll see that the water is clean. It was determined back then that lower coolant temps came due to better coolant contact to the block, heads, radiator surface.

distilled water and rmi 25.......easy..

well I add 1/2 to 1 gallon of antifreeze when its cold.....but thats not often
