LS1 to LS6 swap HELP

LS1 to LS6 swap HELP The wiring harness on the LS1 deosn't fit the throttle body on the LS 6 FAST intake. The LS1 has a 2 pin connector and the LS6 has a 6 pin on the front of the LS 6 FAST intake. I've been told there is a conversion kit for this, but can't seem to locate it. I was told I needed and LS2 to LS1 throttle body conversion harness..... Anyhelp would be greatly apprciated!!
I'm very confused are you doing an ls1 to ls6 engine swap or manifold swap? And if that's the case there is no FAST ls6 intake fast intake are made for all ls based engines are you using a fast intake or regular ls6 intake. Also the model of the car would help and what kind of tb r u using oem or aftermarket
