headers smoking is this normal
headers smoking is this normal i have painted headers and theyre smoking and smell a little is this cause there new and the oil and stuff is burning off of them and the paint i guess no leaks any help would help thankls

i just installed mine last weekend, they smoked for about 10 mins of run time, took it around the block popped the hood and let it run. all the smoke was gone probably within 15-20 mins after i started it for the first time. hope this helps

^^^Agreed^^ Should only last through one or maybe two heat cycles. Mine only smoked a lil for about 10-15 min right after install. Good luck
