Missing what spark plugs

Missing what spark plugs I just had a MS4 and PRC 215s put on my Trans Am with a mail order tune. I've had a set of TR55s that fouled out and then the guy that did the install put a old set of "Iridiums" im not sure what brand and I got another set of TR55s and it ran better with the used plugs in it than the new ones. I think he had them gapped at 50 and now it doesn't want to stay running when you first start it and if you put it in high gear and give it alot of throttle it will miss. and blow alot of black smoke so what plugs do you guys reccommend going back with. Thanks
