Help me identify this vacuum line! I feel kind of stupid, but I can't figure out where this vacuum line goes. Anyone recognize it?

BTW, the car won't start.

- This came off during a heads cam swap on a stock 2001 Camaro
- The AIR system was removed in the process - I blocked off the vacuum line that

- It has compression
- seems to have fuel pressure
- does not appear to get fuel to the cylinders
- have not confirmed spark
