Help me identify this vacuum line!

I feel kind of stupid, but I can't figure out where this vacuum line goes. Anyone recognize it?

Background:

This came off during a heads cam swap on a stock 2001 Camaro
The AIR system was removed in the process - I blocked off the vacuum line that

leads to that system.

BTW, the car won't start.

It has compression
seems to have fuel pressure
does not appear to get fuel to the cylinders
have not confirmed spark
