yea of course. Katech rod bolts are very respectable. however, i wouldnt install any rod bolt without resizing. however, thats my personal prefrence. plenty of people have installed ARP bolts without resizing and have had no problems, but then there are people like me who installed them and had them only last a few thousand miles...its a toss up. id rather do it once, do it right.

I dunno? Whoever tuned it before I bought it must have set it there. Its an auto I dont have much controll over were it shifts @ WOT...its still noticably pulling at that rpm if thats what you mean.
