Alternator/Belt Problems Ok, I have a problem. I have a 2001 TA the following upgrades:
TSP Magic Stick
TSP LS6 Heads
Fast 90/90
other supporting mods.
My problem is the car loses electrical power when the engine is operated any way other than idling or mild everyday driving. At first I though it was the alternator, although the alternator, pumps, belts, etc are all brand new. I replaced the alternator as well as the belt and the problem did not stop. The serpentine belt also seems to develop a mild chirp once the motor is warmed up. Is the problem with the belt, tensioner? Any other suggestions?
I am at a loss and extremely frustrated
