Custom longtube headers I am building my own 'long tube' headers for my L33 into a UK Ford Scorpio. I have plenty of room around the engine so I'm asking what length tubes I should aim for and what diameter (1 3/4" I'd guess).
I've read on here that an X or H crossover helps with HP, any guidance on pipe length and diameter from collector to H/X and back? Street driven most of the time.
Engine has LS6 intake, LS6 cam and springs, no cats or egr needed

Common lengths are 28-30", but if you're not designing the headers with some sort of flow software, just fit the engine bay and dont worry about it

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm waiting on the flanges from the laser cutter and a GMPP muscle car sump before I finalise the engine position. It's going to be a few weeks before anything happens but I will post some pics once I get underway.
