Default Exhaust, Cutouts, and X-Pipes

This discussion has been beaten to hell and back and I can't find any solid info.

My question is, which one flows better? Open headers? Or an X-pipe setup?

From what I hear, the X-pipe is supposed to use the exhaust pulse from the opposite header to pull the exhaust from the other header, so in theory the x-pipe should be better flowing.

But there is less resistance when running open headers, simply because there are less bends and tubes to deal with, thoughts comments?

So basically it boils down to, which one of these kits do I want? It will be for an under-axle exhaust.

I'm building a daily driver (if gas prices drop) / weekend strip warrior setup.

Going to be supercharging the car in the near future, and I have a feeling that it will be better to use the kit that has cut-outs directly after the headers, but I'd like some feedback from people who have experience and or solid dyno charts of this.
