Default What else do I need for a Fast 102 install?

Getting a set of PRC stage 2.5 heads, and want to add the fast 102 at the same time.
Texas speed has a Fast 102 with a 102 mm TB as a package deal.
I am also ordering the required fuel rails and gaskets.
What else do I need?
I am also getting bigger injectors. Do I need to get anything special like spacers to help them fit properly?
How about the coolant pipe/plugs?
The tb is a cable set up, but there is an option where I can order it with or without a tps sender?
Please help so I don't order the wrong stuff.
Thanks for the help.

I just am finishing my install and from what I have found out is this....
Make sure you have skinny injectors mine were fat red tops had to order new ones.

The coolant cross over... What year is ur car? Mines a 02 I bent it down alittle bit with my palm and it works fine now...

If it's the fast 102mm throttle body u can reuse your stock tps...

Grind your water pump and do lots of test fitting make sure your clearances are correct

Maybe I'm dumb, but why would you need FAST 102 specific fuel rails? Why wouldn't any aftermarket set work?

you will have to use the injector "0" rings that come with the fast intake, they are bigger, use the skinny inj like others said, and also i had to grind the water pump and also the rear of intake to clear the oil pressure sensor.

The main thing is that they have to be sized specifically for the 102. The mount spacing is different. I tried to take a shortcut intitially, but ended up just worrying over the threat of a fire, so i ditched the cheap-o rails and got the correct ones. (I really want to make a nasty video to PP about that. What a pos setup that was.)

The spacing is different on the 102. FAST 90/92 rails will not work on this intake. It's odd, but the correct P/N for the FAST 102 LS1 rails is 146032. Thunder Racing has the wrong p/n listed. I told them about it when I called my order in.

Default Injector and FAST quetion?????

Okay - I'm not clear on the injectors for sure. Just bought this unit used with the rail (stock LS2) and went to move over my 36# injectors from the LS6 intake. They look just like the ones for sale on the fast box.

They bottom out before the o-ring can catch.

This is the set up it came out of using the LS2 rail.

Oil pressure sending unit! I did three fast install And they all broke. The oem are very fragile and brake easy, my 99ss didn't require me to grind down the water pump, but 02 trans am did, just grinded alittle off of the TB. You can custom paint it well your at it as well if you want. I ported my 92mm TB well I was at it since your going with 102 you probably shouldn't have to. My 99 required the coolent cross over lines and plugs but 01 trans am didn't need them.

Porting on my fast 92tb

The bellow sits flush with the TB, no resistance in air flow. 102 you should be good
