Default Cutout Question..?

Will placing electric cutouts after the headers mess with the tune at all?

I'm sure you may have been tired or mistyped, but can you please explain how you could place the cutout BEFORE the headers?

yeah i meant "right" after the headers...because i wanted to run dual electrics right after to make it sound as if im running open headers. but i guess ill go for a cutout after the y merges.
