Default HELP! BBK manifold install problems

I currently installed my bbk manifold..everything went pretty smoothly untill I fired the car up and its reving to the moon. Im asuming its a air leak because from prior experience working on jet skis thats usually the case. The manifold looks like its sitting pretty flush, i tighten all the bolts down.

how can i check that its the manifold or its something else going on ? I believe every hose is tight and put back on.

Did yo make sure to get that tiny hose that connects in the rear opposite the brake booster?

Did you put the lower profile valley cover bolt in the rear, do you have the LS1, or LS6 coolant pipes under the intake?

You'll need a button head bolt for the Passenger side rear on the valley cover.
Did you remove the green clips off the knock sencor wires, and the rubber taped to the wires, and you'll need to slightly flatten down the coolant tubes to get them closer to the valley cover.

Here's the bolt size: M8 x 1.25 x 32

Another thing is the manifold will sometimes hit the small head bolts if the heads have been milled. If thats the case just grind on the intake a little where they are hitting.

You need to get the button head bolt that replaces the stock valley cover bolt. If you really want to find the leak then try spraying some brake cleaner around the manifold while it is running. If the revs drop then that is where the leak is . Also make sure you torqued the bolts properly. Also check all your vaccum lines, make sure all of them have been reconnected.

have you checked to make sure the throttle body is completely closed when the problem occurs. I'm not sure on yours but on my SS the throttle cable looks to have two mounting locations but if placed on the wrong part it'll put enough pull on the throttle to open it a bit.

Did you double check the factory pcv system rips, tears, or breaks?

It ended up being the throttle body was not sealing or was opening when I turned the car on
