ls1 starter pictures
ls1 starter pictures Can someone please help me.
I was in a hurry back when swapping out my old engine and didn't lable the wires off the starter.
I need a picture or description of the wiring. I am positive where the red wire with eyelet and hook goes, but it appears to have a ground and then a wire that splits off a larger harness with the passenger side o2 sensor.
large red - center of the starter.
little wire that splits off with o2 - top of starters?
black wire that splits with the red one above - no hook on the eyelet. (ground?)
A picture would be great. the guide manual is black and white and pretty much doesn't say what goes where, just install like you took it out.
(yah it was dumb but now I could really use the help)

The red goes to the big terminal of the starter, the big black wire goes to a mounting boss on the engine block right by the starter (its a ground) and the smaller purple wire goes to the small terminal on the starter.
