Default Question About Ordering DMH Cutouts....

So I've decided to get a 3" DMH cutout but for their ordering system they ask how long of a cable I want? I plan on putting the cutout where the I pipe is under the passenger side & will have the switch be in the ash tray. Does anyone know how long of a cable I would need? Thanks

So I guess around 6-7ft would be safe... Can always splice the extra off?

Just put your make and model and Dave knows how much wire you need. I went through this when i ordered mine and thats what he told me. Hes sold a ton of these things to the fbod crowd and most people put them in the location you are.

So I filled out the form & clicked COD for paying. After it sent me to a page saying your form is sent & had the pay with paypal on the bottom? If your paying with COD you don't need to do anything else right? You just wait until it gets shipped in & then pay right there.... DMH whole ordering system is kind of whack. I don't get why they don't have a paying process where you can just give them your credit card info. Instead you have to use paypal or cod & they charge you an extra $7 or something for that?

It takes time, from my experiance with him it sounds like he's a one man shop. It was a week after I paid before I heard from him but he got it out to me pretty quick after that. He sent more than enough wiring for me to run it through the grommet on the passenger side rear seat, back around the driver's side seat, and then up to my power seat switch. I actually have a good bit of it coiled up under the carpet because I didn't want to cut incase I wanted to do something else with it.
