I picked up a lunati 55005 cam does any one know what type off power this cam puts down? also looking to put on some 243's cnced port heads how much would that run me? then should I run a lingerfelter ls6 manifold or get mine ported. and im looking at spraying the **** out off my stock bottem end after i rebuild it what is that maximum reccomend size shot i should run im wanting to spray a 150 or 200 shot with arp rod bolts and all...
