throttle body blade question
throttle body blade question i recently had to make a new throttle body blade for my 80mm bbk throttle body and for got to put the little breather hole in the blade when i made it, so my question is does anyone know the exact size so i can drill one in it?

unreal... out of the 45 ppl that have looked at my thread, no one can go look at there throttle body blade and tell me what size of hole is in the lower part of the blade. ppl its as simple as getting your drill bits our and inserting the one that fits in the hole and then posting it up on here, come on. thanks

why did you have to "make a new blade"
2nd of all im assuming you can start out small probably the diameter of the opening of a ballpoint pen that the writing part comes out of. and that should be a good starting point if its too small hog it out a tad. cant hurt.

I made a new one because I wrecked the original so I made a new on on my laser. I already drilled a small hole in it and seems to be workin pretty good. I think I used one smaller than 5/32nds
