Tips on ASP Install?

Any notorious install problems i might need to know before i install the ASP crank pully on an 01 SS?

You'll need a BIG torque wrench and breaker bar.
Don't reuse the bolt.
Make sure the car is high enough up for you to get some leverage.
Rent a 3-jaw pulller from PepBoys (they didn't even charge me).

Yeah, and be sure to watch out for the pulley puller arms so they won't smack your face (or tooth) while you're struggling with it.

Got the bolt.....what do i need to torque it to?

Adam, Take your old bolt and torque it to 240 ft. lbs. and then remove the bolt and then install your NEW bolt and torque it to 37 ft. lbs. after that is done, tighten it another 140 degrees.
