Default Broke a TB mounting bolt

Had the TB pulled today for a good cleaning and overtorqued the top bolt when I was putting it back on. The head twisted off, but I got both ends out okay.

Is this a special bolt, or can I go by the hardware store and just pick up a similar bolt?

Those bolts are 6.0mm X 1.00 mm X 40-45mm and are routinely stocked by Sears Hardware outlets, Home Depot and the like.

If you have an ACE Hardware close to you look there. They have a good selection.
