Today I wAs driving. Navi said service engine soon, soon after power safe mode turned on, ABS, Power steering went out. Battery died. I got the car home. Pulled off the belt, discovered pulley directly underneath the throttle body was wobbling. Would that cause all my problems?

If so what is that pulley called? How do I take it off?

It turns out it's the water pump pulley. Could that be what is causing this or do you think it's something else?
