tune after headers?

tune after headers? Is it needed? i recently had a tune to turn off egr/air and my rears cats plus he did a few more things, so my question is it necessary to have another tune for my car after i do a header install? I mean what do tuners do once the headers are changed?
If all you did was put headers on,,the car is gonna be just fine, wait to tune until you get some more mods. since the car has already had some tuning done I doubt you would notice anything. Save the money for now.
