Default Pacesetter headers installation

sorry if this has been covered before, search for it but couldn't find but I am going to buy pacesetter headers and off road pipe. I have a 2000 WS6, is there anything i need to know before installing them? Any problems i might face, ect? My father owns a shop so it'll be on a lift and everything. thanks.
