Default LS6 Intake ID Help

I've searched but I can’t seem to find any reference that tells me for sure that my intake is a LS6 intake.

I bought this intake from a board member a while back. It came from a new LS6 crate engine. The intake was for a drive by wire engine, I had to install nut inserts in order to use my throttle cable set up. There are no stamped numbers on this intake, only the numbers ’02-16’ written in white. The EGR port is blocked. The bottom of the intake is definitely flat and looks nothing like my stock LS1 intake.

I’m thinking of selling the intake and buying a FAST90 setup. I just want to be sure that I’m able to tell a buyer that this thing is legit.

If you want to sell it I'm interested.

If the bottom is flat and the EGR is cast closed, it's a genuine LS6 intake manifold.

That describes it. Thanks for the input.

I'm pretty sure that I'm going to sell it along with the ported throttle body. I just have to decide what I'm going to replace it with first. I'm thinking Fast90.

Yep, sounds like an LS6.

Every GM intake was stamped with a part number, it tends to be on the side, I think where the individual intake tract meets the lip where the injector meets. If there was never a drilled hole for the EGR 9 times out of 10 its a LS6 but I have never seen anyone shave parts numbers off. So I would keep looking.

maybe someone shaved the part # off of a Corvette LS1 intake. There should be a part 3 on there somewhere.
