american racing headers with catted y. i am lowered about the same as with your bmr (their springs are basically copies of stranos in terms of height and spring rate).

these pictures are screenshots from a crap quality video i made of the car idling. as you can see, there's not much room there. they tuck in pretty good, but the cats are what i worry about. i avoid a lot of driveways and i crawl over speedbumps at certain angles.

if you don't mind putting thought into how you drive over areas that aren't flat, it is no big deal.

you will be fine ,90 percent of guys on here are lowered with longtubes, the only guys i hear of that scrape alot are usally running eibach sportlines, now if your gonna drive like mr.force all the time its not gonna matter but always go slow over big hills, steep driveways etc and you will be more than fine,

Here's mine with Kooks lts & catted Y before & after Stranos. I never hit the mild speed bumps in our neighborhood, but they are mild and angled. Tall sharp speed bumps you have to creep over.

Yeah my headers never hit it's the cats....The front bumper cover scrapes on steep driveways if I don't hit them at an angle....

Running BMR lowering springs along with pacesetter longtubes with TSP duals dumped. I have no clearance issues at all!! You will be fine with any longtube and BMR.

My car hadSLP long tube headers, high flow cats and 3" exhaust all the way back, and had eibach springs/bilstien shocks. It was super low, and looked awesome. I had about 2.25 inch clearance at my collectors and cats. After getting caught on every speed bump, bottoming out on every dip, and wearing a hole in my left cat, I swapped with a friend's WS6 stock suspension for my lowering kit. I enjoy the car way more now, even though I am constantly reminded by my friends that it looked better lowered. I am much happier though.

Mine is lowered with a pro-kit and pacesetter lt's. The lowest thing under my car is the crossmember for the tq arm. When I had the duals, they were pretty low and hit lots of stuff, now I have a single 4" exhaust and the clearance is way better.
