I like the worked Ai heads better than aftermarket heads because they are lighte,cheaperr and perform the same as a AFR and TFS offerings while still using your stock rocker arms or upgraded stockers.
Fast 102 has been proven on stock internal cars so with a head/cam car its a no brainer. If he wants max effort its the best to go with n/a ported by Mamo

Mamofied AFR 215's or worked TFS heads by TEA or something from WCCH. Run as much compression as you can, cometic head gasket to increase quench.
Ported FAST 102/102 w/ Chris1313 ram air or Fast Toys bigger ram air.
Cam matched for your setup, might have to fly cut.
