Stock Cat? Where is the stock cat located....fromt he looks of it...i think this is it...not sure...its right off the drivers side stock exhaust manifolds....going into my SLP Y-Pipe nd SLP LM...im not sure if thats it or not...i didnt put the exhaust on...the guy that owned the car b4 me did so yeah i think its it just wanna be sure or se where some of yours are...
on a 99 model T/A i have the CAT is back like in the middle of the Y...so yeha some1 kno thatd be great

i cant tell if theres any wires or anything....but a dealer wouldnt sell it without a CAT now would they??...the Emissions sticker claims it passed...so i think that means it got it...but its an 02...and its only 04...so i dont kno if he got it checked or whatever in between that time

.. no, no dealer would sell the car without cats... where are you located ? some laws are different depending on where you live. Some cars have 1 Catylatic converter on it some have 2... Yours should have 2 on it. If you had NONE the car would be extremely loud.

emissions tests are every other year. if it was done in 02, this year you will need to get another test. If you have the slp Y-pipe (which has a larger diameter than the stock unit), the most likely if it passed you have two catalytic converters on your car. one near the driver side exhaust manifold, the other on the passenger side further down on the y pipe, its visible without having to jack up the car. They don't look the same. The one on the driver side is made a little shorter than the one on the passenger side.

btw i live in palos hills IL got it out by ohare...at a honda dealer lol...the guy traded it in bcuz he needed gas mileage....WHO NEEDS GAS MILEAGE...is what i hear all round this site...i find that true to a point.
