Default ls1 ls6 powerbond ud pully

i just put my ud pully on an i was wondering how far it suppose to slide on the gold part of it is all the way in but 1/4th of it so i was wondering if anyone knows

It goes all the way on until it bottoms out. It does not matter how far you see the unpainted part as that is different from pulley to pulley. Also some covers, the crank seal sits out a little further, so you will see a little less of it than others. As long as the pulley is fully seated and the bolt is torqued down, you should have no problems. A quick way to check is just make sure the ribs line up with the other pullies and you are done.

Visually check and see if the pulleys line up. There should be about an 1/8th inch lip upfront where the bolt goes in and about a 1/4 inch space in the back where the seal rides.

o ok ill check once i git all the other pulleys on just started putting it all back together
