NGK tr55 gap can any one tell me what gap should i put for the spark plugs i have mods listed here

Anywhere from .050 to .060 you will be fine. Check them out of the box, I have seen them come out as low as .020 from the box, they are pre gapped at .050 but mistakes happen, plugs fall, etc.

Some go .060 (stock), others go .050. I'd just take the medium of .055.
