Stumble after intake install

Stumble after intake install I just put a LS6 intake on my camaro and right after putting it on I changed the oil and left it sitting for a day or so without driving it. So today I decided to take it off the ramps and ride it. I let it idle for maybe 5 or 10 minutes to make sure nothing stupid happened and I started to take it to a friends house well a few seconds up the rode I notice a slight stumble in it when only the weight of my tow was put on the gas. It was a running out of fuel kind of feel. So I turned and went home and checked for vaccumm leaks by spraying some wd 40 around the base of the intake and it idle normal. I started to drive it back up there after putting some gas in it (my hands screwed up) to make sure that wasn't it and it drove fine. Is it possible that it was just needing to learn its self out or do I need to do some more going over it before I drive a long distance. Sorry for the novel. Thanks
