Short oil drain plug?

Short oil drain plug? Last night I did my first oil change since installing my FLPs, and was quite surprised that I had to whip out a pry bar to move the header and get the plug out. 
Didn't see this one coming... 
Anyway, according to the search results, most folks here are just grinding down the plug bolt head a little. I'd much rather not to do that, and am wondering if anyone knows of a drain plug that's the same size head and threads, but shorter in overall length with a magnet on the tip? Or failing that, are there any oil drain valves that will thread into the drain but still clear the header?
In the end I'm OK with shaving the bolt, but would like to explore other alternatives first. Any ideas? Thanks!
