When I open it up, it sounds like like the heat shield or something maybe rattling back toward the rear. It is only at lower rpms, and when I give the car some more throttle it stops. I got underneath the car to inspect, and the shield above the muffler looked to be solid and not hitting anything. Any ideas b/c it is really ignoring. Makes me glad that I have an electric but I like running it open

the only thing I can suggest is make sure it is all the way open. My qtech does that when it is half to 3/4 open.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it did it before I got the electric cutout. It just sounds like something is vibrating against something. It might be one of my amps in my spare tire well, but I am pretty sure it isn't...
