new header questions i just bought some bbk headers and y and had a few questions
1. what do i do about the rear o2s? extend em and put em in?
2. bbks come with wire to extend the o2s, anybody cut theirs and done this
3. since i wont be running an air pump either can i drive this for a bit after i install them?

I would remove your AIR pump first; there is a guide on here and its fairly easy to do.
I also have BBK's and I bought a pair of 02 extensions from ws6store for the front 02 sensors. The rear passenger 02 sensor can still reach the BBK y pipe's bung with no issue, but the driver side cannot. I bought a drain plug and fiber gasket to plug up the unused 02 bung. I'd definately get a set of 02 bungs, it makes life a lot easier than having to splice into your existing 02's.

I am going to get some BBK's, but I was thinking they had the front 02 holes and there was another spot for a wideband. I am going to run the Bosch 13111's, but the extensions do work well for a lot of people. Splicing them poorly can result in 02 issues. Read a thread where a guy spliced his and was getting a buncha codes. Broke down and bought some extensions and bam! everything was OK. Just depends on how good you are at wiring I guess????
I wouldn't think its that hard, but I just don't feel like screwing with it. Plus one of my 02's has 160,xxx miles on it.
