Free mods?

I just got my 2000 SS A4 and i keep hearing people talking about doing all the free mods, but they never tell what they are. I was just wondering what all of them are. Right now I'm running 10.81 @97 mph in the 1000 feet(longest track around here). I want 10.6 next time i go. I have, lid, cutout, hpp3, and asp underdrive pulleys. What would be another good bolt on mod besides, LT's? Thanks.

free mods are well free they range from weight loss in the car to !air !egr free ram air mod, egr cutoff mod throttle body bypass stuff like that you wont gain a ton but "every little bit helps" lol

oh and as far as mods go Tires, 3500-4200 stall converter, Gears & LT's in that order

I need to know how and specifically what it is. Is there a web site I can go to that tells me all of them or are they here somewhere. I've looked but can't find them.
