Throttle bracket on FAST Intake bolts/nuts help

Throttle bracket on FAST Intake bolts/nuts help I am having a problem. The bolts that come with the FAST intake and nuts that hold the throttle cable bracket onto the intake.
As you can see from the picture the nuts go on one end and the allen head bolts go in the other. How are you guys holding the nuts in place on the other side? I have literally tried everything from screw drivers to wrenches to needle nose basically anything. And it keeps trying to spin when tightening the bolt. Any ideas?
