102mm TB, throttle cable problem So I'm trying to get my throttle cable adjusted correctly on my 102mm PTM TB going on my FAST 102. I have the cable in the bottom hole on the TB cam, but it won't close fully unless I push it closed by hand. In the traction control module (right by the battery) when I close the tb pulls the bottom gear off of the green spacer that stops the bottom gear. I've tried pulling on the cable with the adjuster loose to get a little more length but it just doesn't appear to be there, it's like I need a cable 1/4" longer.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I ran into that on my 102TB, running it on some different style intakes. And some I had to make a bracket so my stock cable fit. I didnt want to get a difrrent cable, or make a stop on the gas pedal. Ended up I just drilled some extra holes in the TB. I have 5 total, I got 1 or 2? between the stock ones (98-00 or 01-02 Tb cam shape, and cable setup) worked good for me move to a new hole for WOT.
