ls1-ls6 post install electrical problems need some help Well I have a 2000 ws6, it had 160k, so I swapped out the engine for a Spare ls6 out of an 02 z06 I had laying around. I did the swap and all i installed was long tube headers, I was driving my stang as a daily and the gas was killing me and I broke my d/s in half so I rushed my ta to completion because of needing a ride to work so that is what bothered me, I removed the egy stuff, and it has long tubes so I knew I was going to get EGR, air injection and rear o2, but I am getting a misfire code at first it was p0300, i cleared them extended the 02 for the front because they weren't hooked up and now I get a p0480,p0481,p0301.
I have checked connectors and grounds, they all seem okay. Something I did does bother me alittle, while rolling the motor with ecm attached and all, the pcm still attached slid of the top of the engine and hit the ground. Could that have damaged the PCM????
