lid or fipk
lid or fipk okay i'm either getting a FTP 98 MM lid or K&N FIPK. I had a few questions has anyone used the FIPK or what do you guys think of it. Kinda spendy to me. Will it outflow the lid with a big K&N filter or are they about the same. Just want to get the right one first i will be using an 85MM MAFS trying to work my way to 450 RWHP
the FIPK is overpriced junk. it blocks off the bottom where air could come up thru the bottom of the lid with a FTRA or SSRA. the FIPK leaves no room for air to come in except thru the stock location basically, and hot engine bay air.
