Default Is the Flowmaster Y-Collector a direct fit?

I have a MAC ORY and want to replace the the crappy collector with one from Flowmaster. Besides the obvious fact that it has to be welded in, will it fit? I think the I-pipe has to be cut a little too. Anyways, anyone know? Thanks!

I believe there might have to be a little fabbing involved to get the angle right on the two entering pipes. Trimming of the I-pipe will most likely have to be done though.
