Best prices on gaskets and misc. I am installing my new lq9 based motor going in my trans am and need a few parts. If anyone has any of these new and want to sell them, let me know.
I need:
water pump gaskets
intake gaskets for ls6 intake
crank bolt
oil pick up oring
valve cover gaskets
exhaust manifold gaskets
ARP flywheel bolts
magnetic drain plug
AN fitting and cap to thread into pan for turbo drain
break in oil
valve cover spacers
Yella Tella thick valve cover gaskets
Turbo K-Member
160* thermostat
GM pilot bearing
GM slave cylinder
Where's the best prices for any of these? I found out gmpartsdirect wants 116 for the slave plus $30 shipping and 7% tax since im in NC.. F that.

A lot of people use Rock Auto Parts, which have really cheap prices on gaskets compared to other places. I started building my order and soon was up to $50 just for shipping. Ended up going to the local AutoZone and got the same gaskets, bolts, etc. for less. AutoZone and Advance Auto give a 10% Military Discount, so that helped also.
I did end up ordering an LS2 timing chain and dampner from Rock Auto.

Buy from a sponsor such as the aforementioned Texas Speed, Scroggin-Dickey or Vengeance Racing, Thunder Racing and the like. They will sometimes give you a package price and more importantly they will be there when you questions on your build (and you will).
