Default Bad Catalytic Converter???

So I'm pretty sure I have a bad cat but I want to make sure before I take it into the dealer to get it warranteed and get raped over something stupid.

I've got an 2002 SS with 56k on it. Yesterday a code came up for a misfire on Bank 1 Sensor 2. It was for O2 sensor low voltage. I forgot the exact code (rookie move I know). I kinda jumped the gun when I saw a consistent .025-.030 Volts on that sensor and assumed the sensor was bad. I replaced it today to still have the same problem.

Also, There is a constant sputtering noise coming from the catalytic converter on that side and a definite loss of power. I assumed before it was from the bad readings causing a misfire, but now I'm thinking that the cat went bad.

What do you guys think?

Thats what Im thinking... I just found out that GM extended the Catalytic converter warranty to 10yrs/120,000 miles! Just barely made it!
