Default Placement of cutout with catted y...

For those of you with a catted y pipe and cut out (s)... Where did you place it (them)? Is there room before the cats on the pipe or did you have to go after? I'm looking to bypass the cats with my cutouts, so what would be the best way to go about this? Pics would be awesome!

The best place for a cutout is in the I pipe right after the Y pipe merges. And by best I mean it offers the best ground clearance. Although I have seen Y pipes with cutouts right off of the headers too that were put together really well. But honestly aside from a sound difference there really isn't any HP loss with cats even if your running the stockers.
