oxygen sensor voltage upstream engine off/ignition on
When they're working properly, you'll see it jump up and down rapidly as the PCM adjusts fueling for rich and lean conditions.
At 14.7:1, voltage is around 450-.500VDC.
Hope this helps.
The new sensor I have put in reads around 100mv and the engine hasn't been started since yesterday. TBH this is what I would expect because all the sensor does is report its oxygen content. So lower than 450 mv is leaner than 14.63:1 afr and higher mv is higher afr.
The problem I was seeing is that bank 2 s1 was showing 0mv and that was concerning me. It was switching when running but the logs showed that many times at idle it was staying lower than 450 and not switching up for up to 6 seconds at times.
I felt this could mean that the o2 was not performing well and now I have 2 narrowbands roughly reporting the same mv with the engine off and ignition on.
Thanks again.
