Default Dmh cut out

I orded a Dmh cut out and I've had it on my car for maybe a few month and it already stopped working. The motor seems to rattle since it was new. I dont drive the car in any extreme weather. I have called and left a few messages with no response. Has anyone else had these issues with this company/product? It seems pretty unprofessional to offer a 4 year warranty then avoid the replacement.

yeah it's not the wiring I went through it..I've installed many cut outs I went with DMH because I thought they'd stand by the warranty so far not satisfied at all. May just go buy a QTP and try to get some sort of refund from DMH

I've seen other posts here that the DMH guy is hard to get ahold of, but he will make good on it if you're patient...
