Throttle cable problem
Throttle cable problem Heres the deal. I have a 2000 ta with the drivetrain from a 1999 z28. My ta is already a non tcs car and also has the cruise deleted. My throttle cable on the car I way too long.
So do I need a cable for a 98-99 car? And where can I find one for non tcs and non cruise? Can I get a cam off of a 00-02 throttle body or am I missing something simple?

There's your answers. Either get the 98-99' non NW9 cable or replace the the cam with the bigger 00-02' style.. The GM cable is # 12565559 & runs about $30 from the dealer.
GM#12565559 should do the trick!
